    • How do I make an appointment at Clarke?

To make an appointment, you can call, come to our clinic or using the APPOINTMENT page.
You need a requisition signed by a doctor to obtain an imaging study. Certain examinations require an appointment, such as mammograms and ultrasounds, for more information please use the APPOINTMENT page

    • Who interprets my results?

Your results will be interpreted by highly qualified radiologists with academic hospital affiliations and McGill University academic appointments practicing at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. All our radiologists are licensed by the Collége des Médecins du Québec and are Fellows of the Royal College of Canada. All MRI exams are interpreted by expert Radiologists with subspecialty training at some of the most prestigious academic institutions in North America including Harvard University teaching hospitals, University of California in San Diego, University of Miami, Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, and University of British Columbia.

    • What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
Interac
Cash (Exact amount)

    • Is the cost covered by the RAMQ or private health insurance plans?

For residents of Quebec with a valid Medicare card, X-Rays, bone density scans, mammograms and ultrasounds are covered by the government provided health insurance (RAMQ), if requested by a Quebec physician.
Magnetic resonance imaging services are presently not covered by the RAMQ but usually covered, at least in part, by most private insurance plans.

    • Can I take my medication?

For most examinations, you can continue to take your medications. You can also contact our clinic to obtain more information.
